Background
Sendcloud is an e-commerce shipping platform that helps web-shop owners automate and optimise their entire shipping process.
The legacy invoicing section of the platform was built by engineers without any user input. At the same time, users regularly raised issues with the support teams, and a new feature needed to be introduced: automatically applying credit notes to invoices.
