Background

At Sendcloud, I noticed that the UX was carefully crafted within the product team, but many other parts of the broader Customer Experience were overlooked (CX); like emails, help content, and surveys. These touchpoints in the customer journey directly shape how users feel about the product, yet they often received little design attention. I wanted to bridge this gap.
