Protected: Driving Subscription Conversion @ Sendcloud

Background

A significant portion of users were excited about the Sendcloud free product, but were badly informed about the benefits of paid plans. The subscription plans environment in the platform was badly outdated compared to the marketing website and give almost no information. The self-service upgrade flow felt clunky and was often confusing. What should have been a place to convert non-paying users, became a place that was actively avoided by users.
