I initiated and led the research and design for the analytics environment in the Mobile Marketing suite, from need-finding to evaluation. The actionable data and insights increased adoption and campaign performance.
Maturing a Design System @ CM.com
I led the maturation CM.com’s Design Language System, Aurora, from a basic component set into a fully documented and widely adopted design system. This increased consistency, usability, and team alignment across products; turning the system into a foundation for scalable product design.
I redesigned the Campaigns app to accommodate rich media. Close collaboration with PM, CSM, and Engineering, to increase conversion and success rate, and decrease conversion time and error rate.
In this self-initiated project, I set up and supported the adoption of a user insights platform to foster UX research and enable second-hand research. It was a great opportunity to research my own UX colleagues and motivate them to perform, collect & share UX research.
Redesigned CM.com’s chart library by aligning Highcharts with the Aurora design system. Delivered a complete set of consistent, insight-driven chart components in Figma and the Design Library System, enabling designers and developers to work faster and more cohesively.
