I’ve worked at Sendcloud for 2 years, focusing in simplifying the shipping experience for e-commerce businesses. During my first year, as Senior User Researcher, I helped teams with testing and validating their assumptions with qualitative and quantitative user research. In the second year, I changed my role to Senior Product Designer to have more impact on our users’ experience. This allowed me to directly apply insights and learnings in the product.
